Let me tell you that you are making a huge mistake if you don't choose Stefanie. I totally forgot that Stefanie had a life because she was at my side ALWAYS! She was on top of EVERYTHING!!! First, she really listened to what my wife and I wanted and found something we LOVED that we didn't even know existed and was definitely in price range. I never thought I would be able to buy my dream home as my first home. Secondly, Stefanie was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! She followed up within minutes! She walked me through this process and helped me communicate with my financial officer, inspector, and title company effectively and efficiently. She made SURE we had everything we needed and I truly thank GOD for her.
